Legends on the South African music scene turned a chilly winter evening at Salt Rock Main Beach into one of the hottest beachside sets on the second night of the Ballito Pro 2019 Free Music Concerts, powered by 5FM.
Friday, July 5, saw crowds responding with gusto to the unmistakable sounds of Desmond and the Tutus as well as one of the country’s bestselling musical artists, the Parlotones.

Getting the audience warmed up were Durban-born Msizi James, internationally-renowned nightclub DJ, Kyle Cassim, Nu Level, Ronel Ree, Freddy L and Zamar.
The Ballito Pro 2019 Free Music Concerts, powered by 5FM, formed part of the non-stop beachside action at this year’s Ballito Pro presented by O’Neill festival programme, which concluded over the weekend.
The scintillating show attracted residents from the North Coast and surrounding areas too.
