DLC leader, Patrick Pillay, and DLC ward 48 candidate, Rogers Naidoo, will be addressing the issue of illegal dumping.
The leader of the Democratic Liberal Congress, Cllr Patrick Pillay, has announced that their team will soon be addressing the unabated issue of illegal dumping in 48.
“People of ward 48 deserve the best service delivery. For too long, the ward lacked service delivery. The DLC can transform this once we are elected into office,” he said.
Cllr Pillay recently conducted an in-loco inspection with his candidate, Rogers Naidoo, in the suburbs of ward 48 and was appalled by the degradation of the area.

“The suburbs of ward 48 are really lacking in service delivery and the people are upset that nobody are dealing with these issues,” he explained.
He said that the DLC started a process of cleaning up the suburbs of Greenbury, Stonebridge, Clayfield, Rainham, Southgate, Rockford and Campbelltown, of illegal dumping, other civic issues and are referring matters to the relevant department.
DLC ward 48 candidate, Rogers Naidoo said that he is committed to serve the people of ward 48 and was always inspired by the DLC leader, Cllr Pillay and his team of activists, who are doing a wonderful job in the community.
“The DLC denounces illegal dumpsters and have taken a strong stance to clean up ward 48,” concluded Naidoo.
