Molweni Bahlali

We received reports that a vehicle was hijacked in Langa last night, but when we were about to post the matter the owners reverted back that the vehicle has been located Eskwatini old flats in Langa.

A few minutes ago we received more updates that they went to the premises to get the vehicle and located one of the suspects whom they negotiated with to get keys and some parts. They received the keys but now R3K is demanded, which the owner is only willing to pay R1K. The police were called and have been telling the owners that they are busy at the station.

This is a serious neglect of responsibility, which will cause more people to be extorted by these criminals who are terrorizing communities.

We hope this reaches the authorities.
