A pastors meeting came to a halt when a business premises was held up by about 10 armed and dangerous men, last Tuesday.
A security officer, who patrols the road, was held at gunpoint while the suspects ransacked the business premises.
A group of pastors had gathered at Crestvale Transformation Life Centre for a prayer meeting.

The premises was locked when they noticed a man at the main gate.
The said man began cutting the gate with an aluminum cutter and suddenly nine other men had entered the premises.
All these men were armed with pistols and one was in possession of a AK47 rifle.
Communications officer of Phoenix SAPS, Cpt Louise Naidoo, said all the pastors were made to lie on the floor while the suspects robbed them of their personal items such as cellphones, wallets, jewellery and cash all to the value of R50, 000.

“The suspects then fled in a white Mercedes Benz and a white Golf. No shots were fired and no arrests were made. A case of armed robbery is being investigated,” she added.
Occupants of the premises were left traumatised.
Medics from a local security company were called in to stabilise a 73-year-old patient before transporting her to hospital.
