Please check that your alarm signal and panic button signal go through to your security company.

We’ve had several cases reported where the security companies have not received signals. One of the reasons can be the change over to Fibre, but poor maintenance of the system can also result in no signal going through.

Reminder to check your alarm system regularly – and to advise your security company before you test!
