Police in the Southern Cape have apprehended a suspect in the 2016 murders of a couple from Great Brak River near Mossel Bay in the Southern Cape. Tewie and Eurika Human were brutally murder in their home two years ago. Lesotho national, Lebohang Lekoro, who worked for the couple, fled to his country after allegedly committing the murders. Last year, his murder accomplice was handed a double life sentence. Police spokesperson, Captain Malcolm Pojie: “He was arrested earlier this week after thorough investigation as well as cooperation with Interpol in the Free State. Yesterday he was transferred to the Greak Brak River police station where he is currently being detained awaiting his first court appearance on Monday in the Mossel Bay Magistrates Court in connection with the murder of the Humans in 2016.”
