* NPA boss Shamila Batohi, says crime and corruption can only be defeated if government and civil society work together. She was speaking at the annual Kader Asmal Human Rights Lecture in Sandton, Johannesburg Wednesday night.
* The Commission of Inquiry into State Capture will continue with the Estina Vrede Dairy farm project testimonies on Thursday. The commission’s evidence leader, Leah Gcabashe has told Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo that they are yet to hear from current and former senior Free State government officials, implicated in the controversial project.
