Founder of the Robin Hood Foundation, Cindy Norcott and pupils from Lalelani Primary are excited about the upcoming Mandela Day Mahala Kids Market.
The Robin Hood Foundation will host a Mandela Day Mahala Kids Market on Thursday, July 18, in Ntshongweni for the 700 children at Lalelani Primary School.
“We will be setting up the market in their hall where each of the children will be able to ‘shop for free’. Our hope is that each child will be able to take home at least five new outfits, toiletries, stationery, blankets and non-perishable food,” said co-ordinator for the Robin Hood Foundation, Kim Griffith Jones.
Organisers are appealing to the community to get involved and show their support.
