May 27, 2019Port Elizabeth – The Nelson Mandela Bay Public Health, Waste Management Sub-directorate, on Monday advised residents that the Gillespie Waste Drop-Off Site will be closed as of Monday, June 3, 2019. “The closure is due to upgrade work that will be done to the site to improve its capability and conditions.
