The Ceres Model Aircraft Club is hard at work to prepare for their first…

The Ceres Model Aircraft Club is hard at work to prepare for their first ever breakfast fly-in this Saturday. The event is set to draw at least 15 aircraft from the Stellenbosch flying club alone. The grass landing strip has been dragged and rolled in anticipation of the arrivals. Aircraft expected from SFC so far, include various Vans RVs, Cessnas, Savanhas, an Airvan, a Foxbat as well as an ex SAAF Bosbok. One of the organisers, Andre Theart says aircraft enthusiasts will be able to wander among the aircraft and chat with the pilots. The invitation to fly in has also been extended to other clubs in the area.
