The City of Cape Town says dam levels are approaching the 80 percent mark…

The City of Cape Town says dam levels are approaching the 80 percent mark in the Metro, following the periodic rainfall of the past few weeks. Mayoral Committee Member for Water, Xanthea Limberg says the City is, however, concerned that water consumption in the past week has increased to 588 million litres per day. Limberg says this is an increase of 38 million litres per day compared to the week before. She’s encouraging residents to continue using water sparingly and to remain water-wise.

  1. How about Western Cape Water affaires digging a spring hole project to survive the draught of water and save, spring water can be mixed with substances that can clean water and remove bacterias?

  2. Has the City considered all the people who are moving to Cape Town on a daily basis? There is an influx of people what do they expect? Oneday the whole of Africa will live in Cape Town🌍🤣🤣🤣🤣
