The daisies and other wild Spring flowers on the Cape West Coast are set to tremble and shiver this weekend as the 13th annual Rocking the Daisies music festival kicks off today. Tens of thousands of flower children and hippies from across South Africa and abroad, each year trek to the Cloof Wine Estate at Darling, reminiscent of the iconic American Woodstock event in the 60s. Thirty groups and artists from South Africa, America and the UK are lined-up to play non-stop until Sunday in expected hot weather conditions. Some of the entertainers, who will ensure that festivalgoers keep on rocking uninterrupted with flowers in the hair are, rapper Aminé, Gina Jeanz, Sango and Hannah Faith.
