The EFF has distanced itself from a video posted online showing a man being…

The EFF has distanced itself from a video posted online showing a man being violently attacked by a group of protestors in Sea Point in Cape Town. The Facebook group “Stop White South African Genocide” which posted the video blamed EFF members for the attack. The video shows a group of people, some wearing red t-shirts, kicking and hitting a man, leaving him unconscious. The man is believed to be a security guard, who allegedly shot at them with a paint ball gun. EFF’s Buntu Gwinja says the party has nothing to do with the attack. Police say they are not investigating the incident as the alleged victim has not reported the matter. (File Pic)
