The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) says students who applied for 2019 funding have until Friday to submit all required documentation. More than 400-thousand applications were received from prospective students for the 2019 application cycle. More than 57-thousand of those applications were found to have missing supporting documents. Some of the documents requirements include a certified copy of a South African birth certificate or ID document and certified ID copies of parents or guardians as well as certified copies of proof income where applicable. Applicants are urged to log into their myNSFAS accounts to check whether they have submitted all required documents.
