Three men, alleged to be linked to the murder of prominent Cape Town lawyer Pete Mihalik, will remain in custody until next year, when they’re expected to apply for bail. Mihalik was gunned down in October while dropping off his children at school in Green Point. Sizwe Biyela, Nkosinathi Khumalo and Vuyile Maliti appeared in the Cape Town Magistrates Court today on charges of pre-meditated murder, attempted murder and the possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition. All three accused have now secured legal representation. NPA spokesperson, Eric Ntabazalila, says the accused are expected back in court on the 15th of February.
