Western Cape traffic officers have arrested 35 drunk drivers since Friday. Provincial Traffic chief Kenny Africa says more than two thousand 200 drivers were stopped and tested. The highest reading was recorded in Mossel Bay. The driver was five times over the legal limit. Other arrests include four for fraudulent documentation; one for reckless and negligent driving and another one for overload of passengers. Sixty eight drivers have been prosecuted for speeding. The highest speed recorded was 157 km/h in a 120 zone in Brackenfell.
