Sharpen your communication and people skills. Be more polite and tolerant. The negative forces such as anger and hate can destroy you emotionally. Show more love and appreciation to family members.
Reduce stress. Stress is one of the biggest killers. It is often unseen because we tend to mask our feelings. Identify your stress and work towards finding solutions. Seek professional help if you cannot cope.
