Mar 30, 2019Mothers at Dora Ngqiza Hospital receive hampers from Varsity College PE and The Love Story FoundationPort Elizabeth – The IIE’s Varsity College Port Elizabeth staff and some of the students recently visited the Dora Ngqiza Hospital maternity ward, with the Love Story Foundation, to hand over 70 gift hampers to some of the mums.Dora Nginza Hospital is a large Provincial government funded hospital, situated on Spondo Street in Zwide township of Port Elizabeth .A massive drive on campus was arranged by Student Relations Manager (SRM) Jaci Howell and the VC Cares (the student volunteer body) committee members.The end result, 70 gift hampers, which contained a baby grow, wet wipes, nappies (small pack), a blanket and other baby products, were collected and handed over at the hospital.“Seeing the smiles and receiving the messages of thanks from the mommies was amazing.
